Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time (we try to package your orders the same day and ship them the next, but since we are a team of two, sometimes this is not always the case)

For now we only ship within the US

All shipping for orders placed under $75.00 is a flat rate of $5.00

All shipping for orders over $75.00 is free

All subscription box shipping is free

We will always provide a tracking number, and ship either USPS First Class or USPS Priority.

If you are using our delivery method, please remember to leave your email or cellular phone number so we can contact you when we are on the way. We usually deliver on Monday or Tuesday every week, we will contact you if this changes.

Any made to order items, special requests, or custom blends may take up to 14 business days. Any made to order soap bricks will take up to 60 business days because of the curing time.
